- Often focus on various aspects of well-being, including nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, and mental health.
- Help clients set realistic goals and develop action plans to achieve them.
- Provide ongoing support, accountability, and encouragement to keep clients on track with their wellness journey.
- May also provide education and resources related to healthy lifestyle choices and behavior modification.
- Often utilize effective communication and motivational techniques to empower clients and foster positive change.
- May work with individuals, groups, or even organizations to promote a culture of well-being.

The Health & Wellness Coach Certification consists of two modules
This health and wellness focused section examine the use of a sensible, integrated, holistic model of health and explores the many scopes of wellness. You will learn how to be responsible for your health-related behaviours and use critical thinking & expert skills to improve overall health through nutrition & diet, fitness, stress management, and maintain an overall healthy lifestyle.
